He was born in Germany in 1971. He graduated from Lüleburgaz High School in 1988 and after graduating from İstanbul University- Faculty of Law in 1994, he gained his MBA degree on Labor Law in 2001 from Sivas Cumhuriyet University- Institute of Social Sciences, and his second MBA degree on international relations from Cyprus-Near East University in 2004.

After graduating from Faculty of Law, he performed various judicial missions such as military judge, prosecutor, assistant to head prosecutor of Military Court of Cassation and inspector of military justice between 2015 – 2018. After retiring voluntarily in 2018, he started to work as a lawyer registered in Ankara Bar Association.

He is married with one child. He is founder partner of Gordion Mediation Center.
