She graduated from Gazi University-Faculty of Law in 2009, Anadolu University Faculty of Economics in 2014 and gained her MBA degree on labor law From the Institute of Social Sciences of Gazi University.

She is working as a lawyer since 2011. She took main education of mediation from TBB and Başkent University in July 2017, and mediation on Labor law disputes in March 2020.

She is working as a lawyer in Yıldırım Law Office and she is both a registered mediator and expert mediator on labor law disputes.

Her second language is English. She is married with one daughter.
