He graduated from Ankara University-Faculty of Law in 1994 and after completing his military mission, he was appointed as a military judge in the Naval Forces.

He worked as a military judge, legal counsel and Law spokesman in various institutes such as Military High Administrative Court, Military  Court of Navy and Command of Cost Guard . After performing various judicial mission in Ministry of Defense, he retired intentiolly in 2019.

He attended many on the job trainings during his duty. Additionally, he gained his master degrees on the subject of Public law & international law from Selçuk University in 2006 and 2007.

He took his main mediation training from Başkent University and expert mediation training on labor law from Hacı Bayram Veli University.

He is working both as a registered mediator and expert mediator for the disputes related with labor law.

He is married with two children.
