He graduated from İstanbul University-Faculty of Law in 1986.

After completing his internship in 1989, started to work as Judge of Ardahan District; and between 1992-1996, he worked as Prosecutor of Çorum/Alaca; between 1996-2010 he worked as assistant judge in General Board of Court of Cassation; between 2010-2014, he worked as judge of Children Court in Ankara and retired consecutively.

He has been working as a lawyer registered in Ankara Bar Association. He is also lecturing on legal writing, practice of penal law and children law as a part-time lecturer in Ufuk University. He is a trainer in the children justice system and taking part in on-the-job trainings for the lawyers of Ankara and other bar associations.
