She graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in 2003. After graduation, she completed her master’s degree in Commercial Law at Gazi University, Department of Private Law, and wrote a thesis on “Public Offering and Sales Processes of Stocks”.

She started her career as a lawyer in Mesci Law Office / Ankara in 2003. She served as a legal adviser between 2005-2016 and as a member of the board of directors between 2014-2016 at Private Akay Hospital/Ankara.  She is an expert in hospital organization, management processes, mergers, acquisitions and auditing.

She established the Health Law Firm in 2017. She has been acting as the legal adviser of several medical associations, hospitals and companies and following the proceedings of specific cases in national and international arena.

She studied in the field of health law in London/UK between 2018-2020 and participated in trainings and certificate programs on the follow-up and financial structure of PPP (public private partnership) projects.

She has articles on Health Law and Commercial Law, book chapter articles and book editorships.

She became as speaker, instructor and moderator in academic activities organized by many institutions such as Union of Turkish Bar Associations, Ankara Bar Association, Özyeğin University, Bilkent University, Atılım University and Hacettepe University. She attended several congresses for her academic development and also served in regulatory boards.  

She expressed her views on national and international media channels, especially in the field of health.

She served as a legal expert  in Ankara courts.

She is an expert mediator in labor law, commercial law and health law.

She speaks English.
