She graduated from Ankara University- Faculty of Law in 1990.

After completing her internship between 1991 – 1993, she was appointed as a military judge in 1994.

She worked as a military prosecutor and interviewer judge & prosecutor of Military High Administrative Court. She retired voluntarily in 2012.

She is working as a lawyer registered in Ankara Bar association for The Delibaş Law Office

She has MBA degrees on Public Administration and Private law.

She is married with two children.
