He was born in Gaziantep/Islahiye in 1962.  He graduated from Ankara Islahiye High School in 1979, and from War Academy in 1983 as an officer. He took expertise education in Istanbul in 1984. He graduated from Army Staff Academy as a staff officer in 1997. He took education of high level manager from Armed Forces Academy in 2000.

He was promoted to Brigador General in 2008 and major general in 2012 by the decision of Military High Counsil and retired in 2016 by the decision of same council .

He is still a student of University-College of Justice.

As a work Experience:

Between 1983-2012: He gained experience and knowledge of high manager at qualified level. During his Professional life, he worked effectively and performed logistic activities for various units of Turkish Armed Forces.

In 2000, he performed a special mission in Albenia for reorganising and restructuring of Albenia Armed Forces.

Between 2002- 2004, he performed military attachee mission of Turkish Armed Forces to Saudi Arabia.

During his Professional life, he gained high manager experience by working for military units of Land forces and Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. He also performed important missions for Defense Industry Companies ; especially performed various missions succesfully for the Turkish Armed Forces to be equipped by modern arms and equipments.

By means of professional experience and educations cited above, he gained the experience for arbitration and knowledge that he can use in solving disputes and attained the ability to perform  counselling mission for these alternative dispute resolution methods.
