Mr. Tekakça was born in Eskişehir and graduated from Porsuk Primary School, Devrim Secondary School and Hacı Ahmet Kanatlı High School consecutively. He graduated from Military Academy in 1985 and from Military Fortification School & Education Center for Officers in 1986.
After graduating from Istanbul University- Faculty Of Law, he was appointed as a military judge in 1994. Completing his internship, he worked as a military judge and legal advisor in various cities of Turkey. He was selected as a legal spokesman of Military High Administrative Court and performed this mission and legal spokesman of High Court of Dispute untill 2010 when he retired voluntarily.
He gained his MBA degrees in private law, construction contracts and arbitration law. He also attended various European Court of Human Rights seminars and semposiums on Human Rights law issues. He completed account expertise programme on peculinary damages. Mr. Tekakça took education of conciliation & arbitration from TOBB – ETU, which is one of the most distinguished universities of Turkey.
He is working as a lawyer in his Tekakça Law Office and also is a registered mediator.
His second language is English and he has got many published articles.
