She graduated from Kayseri High School in 1985 and Ankara University-Faculty of Law in 1989. She gained her MBA degree on commercial law from Erciyes University-Institute of Social Sciences in 1993; her second MBA degree on public law from Selçuk University- Institute of Social Sciences  in 2006.

After completing her internship duty  in 1996, she worked as military judge , prosecutor and assistant to head prosecutor of Military Court of Cassation. She was selected as a high court member in May 2013, and retired intentionally in 2018 after performing this duty for four years.

She is working as both lawyer and mediator since October 2018. She took her main mediation education from TOBB and Hacettepe University, trainig of expert mediation on disputes regarding labor law disputes (February 2020); training of expert mediation on commercial law from TOBB University /(December 2020) and working as expert mediator on disputes regarding commercial law and labor law.

She also took the fallowing on the job trainings: Expertise regarding the calculation of worker demands (April 2019) Education of mediation on commercial disputes (July 2020) Training of improvement of mediation applications on labor law (July 2020), Training of improvement of mediation applications on consumer law (July 2020) and Trainig of communication and negotiation techniques and  improvement of mediation applications (September 2020)

She is working as a lawyer in Göksev Law Office. She is married with two children.
